Motor liability

• Advising on policy issues (eg. exclusion clauses, both for private vehicles and trade vehicles) including liability of insurers under the Domestic Agreement
• Defending claims for personal injuries and property damage, including claims involving multiple collisions
• Handling claims where Insurers have intervened
• Conducting recovery claims against the insured and third parties; advising on and handling recovery actions against insureds by EC insurers
• Advising on and defending prosecutions brought by the police against an insured
