Kennedys' Workplace Group brings together lawyers expert in issues and disputes that directly affect the workplace including employment, health and safety, white collar crime, civil fraud, FSA and environment.

On the contentious side the team has extensive experience in civil, employment, criminal and quasi criminal areas including:

• representing employers and their employees during formal investigation processes and providing representation when the case goes to a Tribunal or to Court
• dealing with investigators and regulators
• representing employers in arbitration, mediation and litigation in relation to employment issues
• regularly advising clients on commercial disputes, representing clients in a wide range of civil proceedings and arbitrations and assisting clients in negotiating a successful outcome where appropriate including through mediation.

On the non-contentious side we provide on-going advice in relation to:

• HR support, employment terms and conditions, contracts, service level agreements, handbooks and procedures
• health and safety policy and management
• money laundering regulations and Proceeds of Crime Act

Our clients are companies and employees in many different industrial, commercial, professional and service sectors including construction, healthcare, local government and rail.

We work closely with Kennedys' Personal Injury Team and others.
